Insurance group promotes captive expert

The PMA Insurance Group has promoted Jeff Packard to assistant vice president, specialty markets. He will assist in leading PMA Specialty Markets, PMA’s business unit that focuses on writing captives and groups/programs business.
Specialty markets provides coverage in captive and group/programs business arrangements for workers’ compensation, general liability, commercial auto liability and property lines of insurance.
Packard joined PMA in 2005 and was previously a manager in the PMA Captive Unit. He has over 27 years of expertise in the insurance industry, with an emphasis in the marketing and sales of alternative risk transfer products coupled with an experience in the underwriting arena....................................................................................................................................................................
