Aon Re Global appoints Phillips

Aon Re Global, a reinsurance brokerage and a unit of insurance broker Aon Corp., has named Peter Phillips as managing director of Aon Capital Markets.
Phillips will be responsible for responsible for variable annuity hedging and consulting and related asset-management services, according to Aon Re Global.
He has 19 years of capital markets experience, having worked for banks and global insurance companies in Europe and in North America, the company said.
